Bookstall
Bookstall Logo1.2
Do you lead a busy life and lack the time to get into town to browse for books at one of the Christian bookshops?  If this is the case, then the Bon Accord Bookstall is the solution to your problems.   Instead of rushing around trying to make time to get into town and for what should be a pleasant experience, why not take a few minutes to examine a limited, but focussed selection of quality books whilst enjoying a cup of tea and a biscuit?

The Bon Accord Bookstall will stock a limited selection of books so if you are looking for a gift or some reading matter for yourself or a friend then come and see us.  In our selection of books, we hope to have something for everyone and cater for a variety of tastes in Christian literature:

•    New or young Christians – would you like some reading matter to help you understand more about your faith, what God’s plan is and what all those words like atonement and sanctification really mean? We will stock something to help you out.
•    Students and teenagers – fed up of studying and force feeding yourself with the contents of those course books, classes and lectures notes?  Why not buy a book to give yourself some spiritual nourishment? We will have a small selection of Christian literature aimed at your needs and your age group.
•    Parents – would you like some Bible stories for bedtime reading or something for the kids to read on there own?
•    Looking for something a little deeper on Christian Theology or Doctrine? We might just have what you are looking for.
•    Would you like to supplement the sermons with additional reading?  If so, we will try to obtain a book to support the current sermon series.
•    Holiday reading – why not get the most out of your holiday by purchasing a book to take with you for those quiet and relaxing moments?
•    Read any books by Max Lucado or Philip Yancey – they well known Christian authors – treat yourself, your husband, you wife or a friend with one of our books.
•    You can always place an order for a book with us one Sunday and collect it the next.
•    Working on a limited budget – then have a look at our Bargain Basement – we hope to have a selection of second-hand Christian books which you can take away with you for a donation.

Where will you find us?
Our bookstall will be set up in the large hall downstairs following the morning service.  So don’t be shy, even if you don’t think you will buy anything, pop over to the bookstall and have a browse.  We will be located near the exit so you can pop over for a few minutes on your way out!
